Margo Price releases 'Weakness' EP (listen)
Margo Price‘s debut album Midwest Farmer’s Daughter was one of the best albums of 2016, so it’s good news that she returned today with a new four-song EP (on Jack White’s Third Man Records). Like her album, the Weakness EP is rooted in both traditional country and Southern rock, and it’s got a real authentic sound to it (courtesy of producer Matt Ross-Spang). Margo has not lost her knack for storytelling one bit, and Weakness also has her exploring a jammier side that wasn’t on her debut. Stream the whole thing below.
Margo has a handful of tour dates coming up, including the PNC Bank Arts Center and Jones Beach stops of Willie Nelson‘s Outlaw Music Festival Tour (tickets). She also opens for Tim McGraw and Faith Hill at Barclays Center on October 27 (tickets).
Margo also opens dates on Chris Stapleton‘s tour, including Albany and NJ shows. All dates are listed below.
