Marilyn Manson starring in new thriller 'Let Me Make You A Martyr' (watch the trailer)

A new trailer for revenge thriller Let Me Make You A Martyr starring Marilyn Manson has been shared today, and it looks pretty frightening. Manson plays a cold and creepy small town hit man living in the deep South, a look that Marilyn Manson is well-suited for even without the makeup. The new trailer, in which Manson even sings, is below.

The A.V. Club reports that the film has been in the works for awhile, with writer-directors John Swab and Corey Asraf saying that “We set out to tell a story that was true to us and our struggles with addiction and abuse. After 10 years of dreaming and never giving up, we are thrilled to finally share this film with the world.”

The film will be out across various streaming platforms on June 6, and will also be given a theatrical release in a few select cities. There will be a screening in NYC at Anthology Film Archives on June 8 which will feature actors Michael Potts, Gore Abrams, and Sam Quartin. Tickets are on sale now, and include entry to the afterparty at Berlin. There are other screening dates with the filmmakers, all are listed below.

In Manson related news, his latest album has been renamed to Heaven Upside Down (previously called Say10) and is said to be finished.
