Mark Kozelek releasing new Sun Kil Moon live CD, playing NYC holiday show w/ Kevin Corrigan
For those who enjoyed Mark Kozelek‘s 2014 album of Christmas carols, he’s playing a special holiday show in NYC at Tribeca’s Roxy Cinemas on December 18. He’ll be joined by actor Kevin Corrigan as well as Ben Boye (who played on the collaborative album with Mark and Jim White) and “a few unannounced guests.” The Mark Kozelek Sings Christmas Carols album is part of the set plus a few holiday-themed originals. Tickets are on sale.
Mark’s only other upcoming North American show is a Sun Kil Moon date on January 20 at Gundlach Bundschu Winery in Sonoma, CA which is a benefit — all proceeds will go directly to victims and first responders from the Sonoma/Napa fires via SomaStrong. Tickets are on sale.
In other news, there a new limited edition CD, Sun Kil Moon with Magik*Magik Orchestra Live In Chicago, which will come free with any purchase at Mark’s Caldo Verde store starting January 15, 2018. Mark is currently on tour in Europe as Sun Kil Moon — all dates are listed below.
