Mark Pritchard shares Thom Yorke collaboration, presenting audiovisual "experience" at Red Bull Music Academy

Mark Pritchard has released “Beautiful People,” which features Radiohead’s Thom Yorke, as the new single from his forthcoming album Under the Sun. It’s a lovely, understated, downtempo track and Pritchard sheds a little light on the collaboration:

The original instrumental to Beautiful People is a personal song about loss, hopelessness and chaos, but ultimately the message is love and hope. Thom’s contribution to this collaboration captured perfectly what the piece is about. I will be forever grateful to have worked with such a immense talent.

Pritchard will be in NYC for the 2016 Red Bull Music Academy from May 12-15 at Red Bull Studios New York, where he’ll showcase the new album with an “immersive audiovisual experience” made in collaboration with visual artist Jonathan Zawada. Tickets to all 2016 RBMA events go on sale Thursday, March 24.

Meanwhile, Thom York will be in NYC this summer for two sold-out shows at Madison Square Garden.
