As predicted, incarcerated "pharma bro" Martin Shkreli has been ordered to forfeit his one-of-a-kind Wu-Tang Clan album Once Upon A Time In Shaolin, and other assets, including the Lil' Wayne album The Carter V and a painting by Pablo Picasso, totaling $7.36 million. The order is part of his criminal sentence, which was handed down Monday, March 5 in Brooklyn by Judge Kiyo Matsumoto. Shkreli was found guilty of securities fraud in 2017. As CNBC reports, these forfeitures are "substitute" assets he must fork over as Shkreli was cash-broke as of last year.

Shkreli, who paid $2 million for the one-of-a-kind Wu-Tang album in 2015, is currently in jail awaiting sentencing which happens this Friday (3/9).
