Mary Timony Plays Helium add 3rd NYC show to tour
On May 19, the now-defunct Helium are reissuing most of their discography on Matador, and after that, singer Mary Timony will do a tour playing Helium material. Hospitality’s Brian Betancourt and David Christian will be her backing band.
The tour already included a Northside Fest show at Rough Trade NYC on June 8 and another NYC show on June 9 at Mercury Lounge, and it now also includes a late show at Mercury Lounge on June 9. The 7 PM show is sold out, but tickets for the 10:30 PM show go on sale Friday (3/31) at noon with an AmEx presale starting Wednesday (3/29) at noon. The Rough Trade show is still on sale, and you can also try to get in using a Northside badge (based on capacity).
