Trip-hop vets Massive Attack's 1998 classic Mezzanine will be old enough to drink in 2019 (in America), and for the occasion they're taking it on the "Mezzanine XXI' anniversary tour of Europe, the UK, and North America in 2019. They'll be joined on the tour by Cocteau Twins singer Liz Fraser, who sang on three songs on that album including the hit "Teardrop." (Liz also performed with Massive Attack at their Park Ave Armory shows in 2013.) They're also promising the shows will be a "totally new audio / visual production" designed by Massive Attack's Robert Del Naja.

The dates and venues for the Europe/UK dates are announced, while only the cities for North America are currently announced. They include New York, Philly, Boston, Chicago, San Francisco, LA, and more. See the full list below and stay tuned for more info.

Liz Fraser performed with Massive Attack at their "Massive Attack Vs. Adam Curtis" shows, including the NYC dates at Park Ave Armory. She's stayed mostly out of the spotlight since then but recently performed an intimate solo show in London -- perhaps there is more to come sooner than later..

Massive Attack also recently reissued Mezzanine by converting the music into DNA and they also released a limited edition in the form of spray paint.
