We've been asking artists about their favorite albums of 2022, and this list comes from Spike Slawson of the long-running punk rock cover band supergroup Me First and the Gimme Gimmes and Swingin' Utters, among other projects. Spike says, "These ten albums of 2022 (PLUS Mariah Carey's 'All I Want For Christmas,' which just missed being in the running by a decade or two) are what get us pumped up to play places like Palmdale, Fresno and Ventura" (cities the band was about to play when Spike first made this list).
