Medhane announces ‘Cold Water,’ shares “I’m Deadass”

Brooklyn rapper Medhane continues to be highly prolific. He'll follow February's great Full Circle with his second full-length of 2020 (and third in the past six months, including last fall's great Own Pace), Cold Water, on May 26. It features guest appearances by Navy Blue, Jadasea, KeiyaA, and Maxo; and production by Chuck Strangers, Alexander Spit, Ohbliv, iblss, Navy Blue, Medhane himself (as AFB), and more.

The first single is "I'm Deadass," which finds Medhane applying his booming, compelling delivery to jazzy, psychedelic production (by iblss), and it's a very promising first taste. Listen and watch the video (directed by Elijah Maura) below.
