Three of The Melvins out-of-print, mid-’90s albums from their time on Atlantic Records will be reissued on vinyl this month via Jack White’s Third Man Records: 1993’s Houdini, 1994’s Stoner Witch, and 1996’s Stag. This will be their first vinyl release since the initial pressings, all mastered from the original analogue tapes and pressed on 180-gram vinyl with a deluxe gatefold jacket. Initial releases will be on black vinyl, with color variants to be offered later. They’re out June 24, 2016 and preorders (including a discounted bundle for all three) are available.

The Melvins also have a new album out called Bases Loaded, for which they begin touring in August. Melvins’ Dale Crover, meanwhile, is also appearing on the new Dumb Numbers LP along with former bandmate Kevin Rutmanis, plus members of Dinosaur Jr. and Jesus Lizard.
