Washed Up Emo‘s Tom Mullen has announced the sequel to Anthology of Emo Volume 1, which is due on September 7. Anthology of Emo Volume 2 features interviews with Jim Adkins (Jimmy Eat World), Chris Conley (Saves the Day), Bob Nanna (Braid), Tim Kasher (Cursive), Geoff Farina (Karate), Travis Shettel (Piebald), Conor Murphy (Foxing), the final interview with the late Jon Bunch (Sense Field, Further Seems Forever), and more. The foreword was written by Luke O’Neil.

You can pre-order the book at Polyvinyl’s webstore, where there’s also a pre-order for the re-release of Volume 1 and an option to buy volumes 1 and 2 packaged together. Volume 1 features interviews with members of American Football, Mineral, Dashboard Confessional, The Promise Ring, Texas Is The Reason, Christie Front Drive, The Get Up Kids, Knapsack, Rainer Maria, and The Van Pelt, and a foreword by yours truly.
