Producer and polymath Dave Harrington is once again throwing his Holiday Spectacular in NYC this year, joined by many prominent indie musicians. The third annual show goes down at Brooklyn Bowl on December 18, and the guest list includes Alex Frankel (Holy Ghost), Anand Wilder (Yeasayer), Chris Tomson (Vampire Weekend), Jen Goma (A Sunny Day in Glasgow), Steve Mario (Delicate Steve), Jarvis Taveniere (Woods), Marc Brownstein & Aron Magner (The Disco Biscuits), and many more. Tickets for the show are on sale now, and all proceeds from the show go to the Harlem School of the Arts.
Meanwhile, Dave’s Darkside partner Nicolas Jaar is in the midst of his 3-show Webster Hall run, playing the venue tonight (9/17) and tomorrow (9/18), both of which are sold out.
