It’s all the full-time, core members of Mercury Rev — Jonathan Donahue (singer), Grasshopper (guitarist), and Jeff Mercel (drums/keys). I honestly don’t know anything more then that. I think they put out some songs under the name Harmony Rockets years ago and maybe it’s a side project.
