The Party in the Garden Benefit Gala will honor two great New Yorkers: our beloved MoMA Trustee and patron of the arts Donald B. Marron, and acclaimed multi-award-winning televison, stage, and film director, writer, and producer Mike Nichols. Proceeds will benefit the Museum’s general operating fund, helping to make possible our award-winning educational programs and the care, study, and exhibition of our collection.

Cocktails at 7:00 p.m.
Dinner at 8:00 p.m.
After-Dinner Dance from nine to midnight with Sweets and Champagne
Performance by M.I.A.

Tables, dinner tickets, and after party tickets are available online.

Inmyhouse also pointed out that this pricey benefit matches the date James Murphy and Pat Mahoney are scheduled to play at the same museum venue.

M.I.A. also has a bunch of cheaper shows coming up including McCarren Pool in Brooklyn on June 6th with Holy Fuck.
