Microwave threw a very appealing curveball on last year's Death Is A Warm Blanket, which came out on Pure Noise and saw them getting heavier than ever before. They supported it on a tour opening for Boston Manor, and now they've announced a headlining tour in support of it for this year. The first leg will be opened by A Will Away, Bad Luck and Weakened Friends; and the second leg will be opened by Elder Brother, Save Face, and Dogleg.
The run with Elder Brother, Save Face, and Dogleg includes NYC-area shows at Asbury Park's House of Independents on March 26 and Brooklyn's Rough Trade on March 27. Tickets for Asbury and Brooklyn go on sale Friday (1/17) at noon. All dates are listed below.

As for Dogleg, they're about to start a West Coast tour with Glass Beach and they're gearing up to release their first album for Triple Crown, Melee, this year. You can watch the video for "Fox" from that album below.
