Mild High Club, who made an LP with King Gizzard, expand tour (including dates w/ Donald Fagen)
Mild High Club just released that collaborative album with King Gizzard & The Lizard, Sketches of Brunswick East. The mellow Californians’ laid back style is the peanut butter to King Gizzard’s hyperactive chocolate, making for a tasty combo and if you haven’t given that a spin yet you can do so below.
The band have a few dates with King Gizzard this fall, as well as a couple with Steely Dan’s Donald Fagen (probably a dream slot for them). MHC also have headlining dates this fall, and have added a bunch since we last posted. The tour includes two NYC shows with Anemone: October 25 at Mercury Lounge and October 26 at Park Church Co-Op that also features John Andrews & The Yawns. Tickets for both are on sale now.
