Real Numbers

Minneapolis' Real Numbers make mod-ish, tinny and relentlessly catchy indiepop that owes a whole lot to Television Personalities. 2014's What Was & What Is collects tracks from various single releases and is a good representation of what these guys do so well. You can stream it below.

The band are on tour currently and hit NYC this weekend for three shows: Pine Box Rock Shop tonight (7/17) with Big Quiet, Sunshine & the Rain, and SWIVS; then Don Pedro on Saturday (7/18) with Bummers Eve and Citizen Blast Kane; and Cake Shop on Sunday (7/19) with 1-800-BAND, The SayLaVees, and Consolidated Plastics (tickets). All dates are listed below.

Tonight's Pine Box Rock Shop show is also the release party for the debut 7" from Brooklyn janglepop outfit Big Quiet and you can stream that below as well. Good stuff.
