The Original Misfits teased a Chicago show earlier this week, and now it's officially announced. It's also got truly incredible openers: hardcore legends Fear, Venom Inc (an offshoot of legendary metal band Venom), and modern-day crossover thrash greats Power Trip. Fear also opened The Original Misfits' Vegas show in 2017, and Venom Inc and Power Trip are both opening Danzig's 30th anniversary tour this fall.

The show happens April 27, 2019 at Allstate Arena. Tickets go on sale Friday, September 21 at 10 AM Central with a Citi presale starting Monday (9/17) at 10 AM, a Riot Fest presale starting Tuesday (9/18) at 10 AM, and more presales on Thursday (9/20).

The Original Misfits -- aka reunited Misfits members Glenn Danzig, Jerry Only and Doyle, with help from former Slayer drummer Dave Lombardo and guitarist Acey Slade -- began their reunion at Riot Fest Denver in 2016, followed by Riot Fest Chicago that same year. They played LA and Vegas in 2017 and their home state of NJ earlier this year.

Fear are also playing their classic 1982 debut album The Record in full at Riot Fest Chicago this weekend, and that's one of the 10 sets we think you shouldn't miss. They have more 40th anniversary tour dates coming up after that (including NYC and Asbury Park).
