Misfits' "final" show is Saturday at MSG; enter to win tickets!

The “Original” Misfits, aka Glenn Danzig, Jerry Only, and Doyle, joined by Slayer’s Dave Lombardo on drums, are playing their first show in NYC proper since reuniting (they did a hometown NJ show at Newark’s Prudential Center in 2018) tomorrow, Saturday, October 18, at Madison Square Garden with both Rancid AND The Damned opening.

According to Danzig, it may be their last show as a unit; after previously suggesting the reunion was winding down, Danzig said “no more Misfits shows except MSG” when asked about future plans for the band in September.

We caught a few of the reunion shows, including May 2018 NJ one, and the recent Las Vegas one, and I can at least tell you that their show greatly improved in a year. Most notably, Glenn is in way better shape than he was when the earlier reunion shows happened.
