Mogwai's tour for their terrific 2021 album The Love Continues brought them to NYC's Brooklyn Steel on Thursday. The Scottish post-rock greats were at their epic best, filling the cavernous venue with their waves of guitars and awesome light show. They played half the new album at Brooklyn Steel alongside older cuts like "New Paths to Helicon, Pt. 1," "Mogwai Fear Satan," and "I'm Jim Morrison, I'm Dead." Setlist is below.

Also on the bill: Nina Nastasia, who just announced her first album 12 years, and Ye Gods (aka DJ/composer Antoni Maiovvi) who collaborated on Mark Stewart of The Pop Group's new album that's out this week.

Pictures from the whole night by P Squared are in this post.
