Mr. Robot‘s much-anticipated second season begins airing July 13 and for those in NYC who can’t wait, you might want to spend some time (and money) at a pop-up installation that just opened inside of event/gallery space Disrupt STORE (144 10th Ave. @ W. 19th St.) and runs through July 24 (Monday through Saturday 11 AM to 8 PM; Sunday, 11 AM to 7 PM). The Mr. Robot popup hosts Q&As, seminars, art events, and is also a store where you can buy official merch. You can also expect some of the gleeful anarchic spirit of the show’s F-Society hackers (maybe think twice, or not, about using the E-Corp ATM machine).

The Mr. Robot installation will also host a “Hacking Happy Hour” every Thursday from 6-8 PM with drinks by Brooklyn Brewery and hot dogs from Nathan’s. There’s also a seminar titled “Disrupt Security: Learn Insider Hacking Techniques from Former Hacker Moran Cerf” on July 11 at 6 PM which is free with RSVP.

If you haven’t seen the most talked-about show of 2015 yet, Mr. Robot is now streaming with Amazon Prime, as well as on-demand, or for rental/purchase on iTunes and Google Play. Two volumes of soundtracks will be out soon through Geoff Barrow’s Invada Records.
