Grindcore legends Napalm Death are set to head out on tour in October, part of a stacked quadruple bill with Municipal Waste, Sick Of It All, and Take Offense. When they do, they won't be joined by longtime bassist Shane Embury, who announced on Facebook that "due to circumstances beyond anyone's control," he won't be able to make the tour:

Hey Friends ...

Due to circumstances beyond anyone's control, I will not be able to grind on the US tour with Sick of It All and Municipal Waste. Driving the bass bulldozer will be Vernon Blake, long-time friend and veteran grindcore/hardcore dealer with his Rigid Records label.

Napalm Death's co-headlining tour with Municipal Waste kicks off on October 3 in Dallas, TX, and hits NYC for two shows at Bowery Ballroom on October 11 and 12, the 11th with Subversive Rite (tickets) and the 12th (which is sold out) with Dropdead. See updated dates below.
