Jawws have been kicking around Nashville for a couple of years now, making raw, vicious punk that sounds like they may have copies of the first Adolescents and Germs records lying around. They toured earlier this year with The Offspring, which is kind of a funny pairing now but you wouldn't have blinked an eye if it happened when The Offspring were still making songs like "Blackball." They also caught the attention of fellow Nashville band JEFF the Brotherhood, who's releasing the followup to last year's S/T 7" on their Infinity Cat label this week (pre-order). It's called Dead World and a stream of the whole EP premieres in this post.

They just opened the Nashville stop of the together PANGEA / White Reaper tour, and they play a hometown release show this Friday.
