Neneh Cherry has just shared the video for “Natural Skin Deep,” which is from last year’s Broken Politics. Directed by Akinola Davies aka Crack Stevens, the video looks at our collective screen obsessions. You can watch that below.
Having played intimate release shows in L.A. and Brooklyn for Broken Politics last year, Neneh is coming back this year for two U.S. shows: Brooklyn’s Elsewhere Hall on May 14, and then this fall she’ll open for Ben Harper at L.A.’s Hollywood Bowl on September 11. Tickets for Elsewhere go on sale Friday, February 8 at 10 AM and tickets for Hollywood Bowl will be available soon.
