New Orleans Jazz Fest 2018 lineup (Aretha Franklin, Jack White, Beck, David Byrne, more)

The annual New Orleans Jazz Festival goes down April 27-May 6 and the 2018 lineup has been announced. Like in recent years, the lineup features much more than jazz, and some of the interesting acts include Aretha Franklin, Jack White, Beck, Lionel Richie, David Byrne, Anita Baker, Sturgill Simpson, Common, Jason Isbell, Smokey Robinson, Toots & the Maytals, Charlie Wilson, Jon Batiste with The Dap-Kings, Big Freedia, Buddy Guy, Blind Boys of Alabama, John Mayall, Preservation Hall Jazz Band, Charlres Lloyd & the Marvels with special guest Lucinda Williams, The Soul Rebels, Sidi Toure, George Porter Jr. & the Runnin’ Pardners, Calexico, Bobby Rush, Hiss Golden Messenger, a tribute to Fats Domino featuring Jerry Lee Lewis, and more.
