New Ridgewood, Queens club Planet X announces initial show schedule
Planet X is a new bar/club in Ridgewood, Queens opened by Andy Simmons and Holly MacGibbon of the band Weeknight (who also own Birdy's in Bushwick and The Coyote Club in Bed Stuy). The bar has been open for a few months now but the live music room opens next week and they've just announced their initial schedule. The opening night party happens February 6 is with Future Punx, Honduras and Realworld which is a free show with RSVP.
Also coming up: the premiere edition of "Planet Sex," a weekly night hosted by Brett Davis (2/16), as well as Godcaster (2/19), Grim Streaker and T.V.O.D. (2/20), and more. Tickets for all announced shows are on sale and you can check out Planet X's initial schedule below.
Planet X is located at 801 Seneca Ave at Putnam, near the Myrtle-Wyckoff L/M station and is open daily 5 PM - 4 AM.
