After teasing a new album, Nicki Minaj is officially back with two singles and confirmation of her followup to 2014's excellent The Pinkprint. "This is the best album I’ve ever, ever, ever in my life created," she told Zane Lowe when she debuted the songs on his Beats 1 show. They're called "Barbie Tinz" and "Chun-Li" and they both find Nicki firmly in rapping mode over sorta-minimal electronic production. Both are solid, and they're keeping my hopes high for Nicki's fourth LP. Listen below.

It may be almost four years since Nicki released an album, but she hasn't been quiet. She's been making tons of guest appearances (like Migos' "MotorSport") and she's released other singles in the time since The Pinkprint too.
