NZCA Lines releasing 'Infinite Remixes' (listen to Metronomy's "Two Hearts" remix & more)

NZCA Lines released the underrated Infinite Summer earlier this year, a record full of intelligent, creative dancepop that should appeal to fans of Hot Chip and Metronomy. The latter’s Joseph Mount has just done a remix for the album’s lead single, “Two Hearts,” which he deconstructs down to squelchy bass synths, voice, and minimal drum machines. That “Two Hearts” Metronomy remix is also the lead track from NZCA Lines’ just-released Infinite Remixes LP which features reworks by Blue States, Richard Norris, French 79, and more. You can check out album art, tracklist and stream the whole thing below.

The connection between Metronomy and NZCA Lines runs deep, actually. Main man Michael Lovett is a member of Metronomy’s live band, and his brother, Gabriel Stebbing, was in the original Metronomy lineup. For that matter, NZCA Lines’ other constant, Sarah Jones, is Hot Chip’s live drummer.
