Of Montreal @ Webster Hall – 3/31/2012

Like they did on Friday, Of Montreal headlined Webster Hall on Saturday night (3/31), but this time with a different set of openers including the super talented and humble, but a bit mismatched Loney Dear, who had some trouble keeping the large crowd’s attention. Probably not the best idea to put a singer-songwriter on right before an energetic band like Of Montreal. Kishi Bashi‘s opening set of vocal and violin looping went over a bit better.

If you compare the written setlist from Friday with Saturday’s (below), you’ll see Kevin Barnes & company mixed it up a bit to the benefit of people who went both nights.
