Hypnocraft's April edition of 'The Hum' continues this Sunday (4/17) at Manhattan Inn, and it was announced that it'd feature Kimbra doing an improvised set, or a "Space Jam" (her words) with special guests. Those guests turned out to be pretty exciting. Former Dirty Projectors member / current solo artist Olga Bell and frequent Kendrick Lamar collaborator / solo artist Anna Wise are especially of note, plus there's M.I.A. drummer Kiran Gandhi, Givers member Tiff Lamson, and funk bassist Alissia Benveniste.

Like all 'The Hum' shows, the sets are all unique collaborations with a mix of original songs and improvised material. Opening this one is singer/songwriter Mirah with Sara Lucas (Callers) and Katy Mohanty (Parlor Walls); and Amy Garapic (Tigue) + Eliza Bagg (Pavo Pavo) + Elori Kramer (Alpenglow). Advance tickets are sold out, but a few will be available at the door and we're also giving away a pair of tickets. Enter to win, below.

The April edition of 'The Hum' wraps up on April 24 with Joan Wasser, Okay Kaya, Kelsey Lu, Noga Shefi of Zula and more.
