Opeth announce new album 'In Cauda Venenum'
Swedish prog-metal institution Opeth have announced a new album, In Cauda Venenum which translates to “Poison in the Tail.” Their follow-up to 2016’s Sorceress is due out this fall via Moderbolaget Records / Nuclear Blast Entertainment, but they haven’t shared the exact release date yet. In Cauda Venenum is set to be released with a Swedish version as well as an English version, and you can see the tracklists for both, as well as the album’s cover art, below.
Opeth are also doing some touring coming up, beginning in June at UK rock fest Download Festival. Most of their upcoming shows are overseas but they do stop in the US to play the stacked Psycho Las Vegas in August. See all of their upcoming tour dates below.
