Orchestral Manoeuvres in the Dark (OMD) announce new LP, share "La Mitrailleuse," touring
Veteral synthpop band Orchestral Manoeuvres in the Dark will release new album Punishment of Luxury on September 1 via White Noise. It’s their first since 2013’s English Electric. “On this album we have managed to make beautiful things out of noises and repetitive patterns” says frontman Andy McLusky. “The trouble is, we just cant help but write a catchy melody!” You can get a taste of the new album via the animated video for “La Mitrailleuse.” Watch that, and check out artwork and tracklist, below.
OMD will be on tour the latter half of 2017, including a couple West Coast dates in July. More North American shows will be announced soon — all dates are listed below.
