Palma Violets @ Webster Hall, 10/9/2013 (via @sachalecca)

Palma Violets are touring their way to Treasure Island Fest in San Francisco, and played their biggest NYC show yet last night (10/9) at Webster Hall, followed by a BV-presented after-party at HiFi. Much like what Parquet Courts did last week, Palma Violets just announced they'll be playing a smaller NYC show, which happens tonight (10/10), this time at Glasslands (one of the first places they ever played here). Tickets for that are on sale now.

This was the show TOY were supposed to have headlined until visa issues forced a cancellation. Spires and Young Boys still open and there'll be DJ sets in between bands by Simon Raymonde who used to play bass in Cocteau Twins and now runs Bella Union records (the UK home of Fleet Foxes, Father John Misty, Flaming Lips and more).
