It was recently revealed that original Paramore drummer Zac Farro (who's also a solo artist as Halfnoise) is back in the band, and that plans for a new album and tour were on the way. The album is now announced. It's called After Laughter, and it comes out on May 12 via Fueled By Ramen. The lead single is "Hard Times," a catchy dose of dance-rock that's basically nothing like the pop punk Paramore got famous for. Like their last album, it was recorded with producer Justin Meldal-Johnsen, who's also worked with Garbage, M83, Tegan & Sara, and more. Watch the video for "Hard Times" (directed by Andrew Joffe) below.

Apparently, Mark Hoppus had something to do with this:

North American tour dates are TBA, but a handful of European dates are announced. Those are listed below. UPDATE: Their first-announced US date of 2017 is Riot Fest (which also has a Jawbreaker reunion!)

In other news, Paramore's Riot! will turn 10 this June. In other other news, Hayley Williams recently showed up at a Halfnoise gig to cover Radiohead's "House of Cards." And lastly, Hayley was recently a clue on Jeopardy (but nobody got it).
