Pearl Jam announced a new album, Gigaton, their follow-up to 2013's Lightning Bolt and first in seven years. It's due out on March 27 via Monkeywrench Records/ Republic Records in the US, that's the cover art below. The first single, "Dance of the Clairvoyants," is due out in the weeks to come. "Making this record was a long journey," guitarist Mike McCready said. “It was emotionally dark and confusing at times, but also an exciting and experimental road map to musical redemption. Collaborating with my bandmates on Gigaton ultimately gave me greater love, awareness and knowledge of the need for human connection in these times."

Ahead of their previously announced European summer tour, Pearl Jam will tour North America supporting the album starting in March, hitting NYC, Toronto, Baltimore, Nashville, Los Angeles, Oakland, and more. The NYC date happens at Madison Square Garden on March 30, and you can register with Ticketmaster Verified Fanuntil Wednesday 1/15 at 11:59 PM to access a public presale.
