Led by the one and only David Thomas, Pere Ubu brought this doctrine to Bowery Ballroom on Wednesday (6/29)  as part of their 'Coed Jail!' tour promoting two new box sets: Architecture Of Language 1979-1982 and Elitism For The People, 1975-1978. As such, the setlist drew exclusively from the Cleveland protopunk/punk/postpunk icons' 1974-1982 era.
