Phosphorescent have been touring behind their very good 2018 album C’est La Vie, and ahead of a set at Newport Folk Festival on Sunday (7/28) they stopped in Brooklyn on Thursday night (7/25) for an “Open Air” show in 99 Scott Ave’s backyard. Phosphorescent live band member Jo Schornikow, who released her sophomore solo album Secret Weapon earlier this year, opened the night, followed by a solo Cut Worms set from Max Clarke. Check out pictures of the whole night in the gallery above.

The Open Air series at 99 Scott continues through September, with upcoming shows from OSHUN and Resistance Revival Chorus on August 4 (tickets), Omar S on August 10 (tickets), A Tribe Called Red on September 13 (tickets), and Lightning Bolt on September 14 (tickets).

Cut Worms plays The Sultan Room at Turk’s Inn on August 20 (tickets).
