The Eugene Mirman Comedy Festival took place on October 15 - 17 in NYC, mostly at Brooklyn venues The Bell House and Union Hall. A slightly scaled down fest from year's past (the annual StarTalk Live podcast taping was Thursday's only event) featured lots of fun, themed shows, such as the Oprah-inspired "You Get a Spoon!," “Comics Famous Enough To Sometimes Get Free Appetizers At Nice Restaurants” and a special "All Glazers" edition of Eliot Glazer's musical show "Haunting Renditions" with his sister Ilana (of Broad City) as well as Jon Glazer.

Many of the big names are kept secret till the night of, and appearances included veteran comedian Caroline Rhea, both Nick Kroll and John Mulaney (but not in "Oh Hello" guise), SNL's Micheal Che and Sasheer Zamata, Aparna Nancherla, Josh Gondelman and more.
