It was perfect weather on Saturday (6/18) for the 2016 Coney Island Mermaid Parade, where freak flags are full raised and clothing is kinda optional. This year's Queen Mermaid Hailey Clauson and King Neptune Carlo A. Scissura presided over the parade which, as usual, was a lot of fun.
