Annual industry conference A2IM Indie Week is happening now in NYC, with panels, live music, and more. Hamburg, Germany’s Reeperbahn Music Festival presented a showcase at Rockwood Music Hall on Wednesday (6/19), with NYC’s Surfbort and Renata Zeiguer as well as some international acts: German bands Gurr and Leoniden, Israeli singer ORI, Austria’s Mira Lu Kovacs, and Winnipeg band Yes We Mystic. Ahead of that, the annual ANCHOR award jury was introduced by star jurists and panelists Tony Visconti (David Bowie, T Rex, etc), Bob Rock (Metallica, Motley Crue, etc), Kate Nash and Peaches.
