Brooklyn skronkers Pill are putting the finishing touches on their debut album which will be out on Mexican Summer later this year. No other details have been released but you can check out the album trailer which features a little new music in it (and footage of the band in the studio). Watch that here:

Like many bands, Pill will be heading to Texas next week for SXSW and you can check out their appearances below. The band also have a couple Brooklyn show scheduled for after SXSW. They’ll open the NYC stop of The Coathangers’ tour on March 31 at Silent Barn with The Meltaways, and also play May 4 at Shea Stadium with Athens, GA’s Muuy Biien. Tickets for both those Brooklyn shows are on sale now.
