Portland punk legends Poison Idea have been a force since the early '80s and continue to release worthy new material (their last album, 2015's Confuse & Conquer, was very solid), though they've been kinda on and off lately. They broke up (again) in 2017, but returned just 19 months later in 2018, and now they have begun announcing December U.S. shows that are billed as their last ever. The dates follow a Japan tour, and so far we've seen a Seattle show billed as their "last Pacific Northwest performance ever" and two Brooklyn shows billed as their "last shows ever." Possibly other cities TBA but no concrete word that we're currently aware of at this time.

The Seattle show happens December 21 at El Corazon with Girl Trouble (tickets), and the Brooklyn shows happen December 28 at Gold Sounds (tickets) and December 29 at The Kingsland (tickets). The Brooklyn shows go on sale Wednesday (10/30) at 11:59 AM.

Stay tuned in case more dates are added. Watch a full-set video of Poison Idea playing a hometown show earlier this year...
