Post Malone hung with The Strokes, Mac Demarco & Beach Fossils, did Pantera karaoke in NY over New Year's (watch)

The hugely popular Ozzy Osbourne collaborator and Pantera and Slayer fan Post Malone was in NYC for New Year’s Eve, performing (and falling off the stage) at ABC’s “Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve” in Times Square to perform “Circles” and “Goodbyes,” complete with new face tattoo. He later reportedly headed to Brooklyn afterwards (and maybe the next day too) to party into 2020, with some indie rockers which resulted in at least one very metal Instagram video.

The NY Post reports (and we confirmed) that on New Year’s Eve he hit Baby’s All Right (where he apparently was tipping servers with $100 bills) with members of The Strokes, Mac Demarco and Kirin J. Callinan after they played Barclays. Wavves played the NYE show at Baby’s that night, and at least one member of Beach Fossils was there too. Malone was also spotted that week with Beach Fossils at Bushwick club h0l0. At some point there was karaoke with Beach Fossils’ Dustin Payseur, including Pantera’s “Walk” which you can watch below.

Rising emo band Prince Daddy & The Hyena seemed to also be on hand for part of it:

Posty (who goes way back with Mac Demarco) also karaoke’d Michael Jackson’s “Smooth Criminal” and you can also watch video of that, plus a freestyle rap with Payseur, below.

Meanwhile, Beach Fossils just announced a tour with their old friends Wild Nothing.
