Brooklyn band Public Practice, which includes members of Wall and Beverly, have followed up last year's Distance is a Mirror with a new, two-song single that’s out now on Wharf Cat. The A-side, “Disposable,” is right of the taut school of Gang of Four, while the B-side is a terrific cover of Yellow Magic Orchestra member Yukihiro Takahashi’s “Extra-Ordinary” (which they’ve been performing live since day one).
