Mike Geier has been performing as Puddles Pity Party -- "the sad clown with a golden voice" -- for a few years now, mixing dark humor and cover songs. Folks in NYC may have seen Puddles at Joe's Pub or opening for Eels, or other shows. At 6"8, he's hard to miss but Puddles got seen by a whole lot more people when he appeared on America's Got Talent on Tuesday night to perform Sia's "Chandelier" and as you might expect, the snickering stopped when he started to sing. Puddles will be on tour starting next week. He doesn't have any shows in NYC on his schedule, but we bet he won't be playing anywhere as small as Joe's Pub the next time he's in town. All dates are listed below.
