Radiohead's "Daydreaming" video showing in 35mm at independent movie houses

As you probably know, Radiohead‘s new album A Moon Shaped Pool is out now. You may have also seen the excellent Paul Thomas Anderson-directed video for “Daydreaming” and if you haven’t, you should, and on the biggest screen you’ve got. In some cities the biggest screen might be a movie theater as Radiohead and Anderson have sent 35mm prints of the video to independent movie houses — in a canister saying “We’ve made a film, here it is. We’d be happy if you played it!” — such as Alamo Drafthouse in Austin and Metrograph in NYC. Metrograph will be showing “Daydreaming” before its 35mm screenings all this week this week.
