Riis Park Beach Bazaar continues this month with Antarctigo Vespucci, Perfect Pussy, The Forms, The So So Glos & more

Riis Park Beach Bazaar has been hosting free shows right on the water at Rockaway Beach every weekend all summer, and they’ll continue to do so through the end of September. We just mentioned one of them, the So So Glos / Nude Beach / Mannequin Pussy / Big Eyes / etc show happening 9/27, and here are more highlights:
The day before the Nude Beach show is Perfect Pussy (who also play CMJ) with Show Me The Body, Guerilla Toss, Pawns and Ghost Dads.
Sooner than that though, there’s two good shows this weekend: Long-running post-hardcore/indie rock band The Forms headline on Saturday (9/12) with Salt Cathedral, Tomboy and Nicholas Nicholas. Then on Sunday (9/13) it’s the collaborative project from Jeff Rosenstock and Chris Farren, Antarctigo Vespucci, with support from Spraynard, The Weaks, Hiccup (members of The Chris Gethard Show house band) and Adult Mom.
