Roger Waters performed "Deja Vu" from new LP on 'Colbert' (watch)

Onetime Pink Floyd member Roger Waters stopped by The Late Show With Stephen Colbert on Monday night to perform “Deja Vu” off his forthcoming album, Is This the Life We Really Want? (his first new studio album since 1992). Backed by a string section, Lucius‘ Jess Wolfe and Holly Laessig (who sang with him at Newport Folk Fest), as well as his band, Roger sang the song where he wonders “If I had been God” among other things. You can watch that below.

Is This the Life We Really Want?, which was produced by Nigel Godrich, will be out June 2. Roger’s tour starts May 26 and will hit the East Coast this fall, including two shows at Brooklyn’s Barclays Center.
