Russian Baths prep debut album (listen to “Responder”), playing shows

Brooklyn's dark, discordant Russian Baths will release their debut album Deepfake on November 8. The band certainly like their noise, but "Responder" shows of their melodic, atmospheric side as well. It's also a nice showcase for the way Luke Koz and Jess Rees play off one another, both vocally and with their guitars. You can listen to that, and other LP cuts "Parasite" and "Tracks," below.

Russian Baths have a couple upcoming shows: Alphaville on Saturday (10/5) which is with ESSi (it's their record release show), Upper Wilds and Wsabi Fox (tickets).
