S. Carey announces new album ‘Hundred Acres,’ shares song, touring

Bon Iver member S. Carey will be releasing his third solo LP Hundred Acres on February 23 via Jagjaguwar (preorder), the follow-up to his great 2014 record Range of Light. The album was self-produced by S. Carey, and features contributions from Gordi, Sufjan Stevens touring musician Casey Foubert, and yMusic (and former Bon Iver) member Rob Moose. He's also shared the lead single from the upcoming album, "Fool's Gold." It's a serene track, which features S. Carey's tender vocals above airy, softly-strummed guitars. S. Carey will be going on tour across North America next year in support of the new record, with many more dates expected to be added soon. The tour hits NYC's Rough Trade on March 29 with Gordi opening. Tickets go on sale Friday (11/17) at 10 AM, with an AmEx presale going on now. All dates are listed below.
